Fees are based on criteria which include the actual time spent on the file, the complexity of the work, and the results achieved.
Matters are undertaken hourly, on a flat fee, or a contingent fee basis. The fee structure is designed to fit the legal problem at hand. All fees are discussed with the client before any legal work is undertaken. Clients are encouraged to discuss fees openly and all fee arrangements are confirmed in writing for the convenience of the client. An initial consultation can be arranged without charge when the need for legal services is not certain.
